Post a job

Tell JobZapp what you need, where and when, so nearby workers can apply.

A job start to finish

On this screen, posting is where hiring starts. Leave enough lead time, review the estimate, invite workers you like, then tap Post so they can apply. Drafts stay quiet until you Post.

How it works

Choose the job type

Pick the skill and level you need.

Confirm where and when

Set place and time, at least six hours ahead by day, or twelve hours if you post at night.

Headcount and sort

Choose how many workers and how to sort the list.

Review the estimate

Hourly rate, call-out if under six hours, and booking fee (about 20%).

Browse workers

Invite workers who look like a good fit.

Post to send invites

Tap Post so matching workers receive your job request.

What to do

  1. Confirm the address

Check address and clear directions (gate, flat, landmarks).

  2. Set the schedule

Set date, start time and length (roughly −2 hours; whole job up to about seven days).

  3. Choose people and sort

Pick how many people and a sort order that suits you.

  4. Check the quote

Review the estimate. The final total is recalculated from hours actually worked later.

  5. Invite and Post

Invite workers, then tap Post job so they are notified.

Why it matters

A vague address or too little lead time means fewer applicants and a higher chance the job auto-cancels three hours before start. The estimate is a hold guide only; final pay follows hours worked, and on the job screen Extra Time is separate if the shift runs long. After you Post, choose Primaries and tap Book on that job screen.
