Job status
The job as a whole moves through these stages from draft to complete. Colours and icons match the app.
| Status | Means | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Draft | You started a job but have not posted it yet. | Finish the details and tap Post. Workers cannot see drafts. |
| Pending | Posted and invites sent. Waiting for applicants and for you to tap Book. | Select Primaries and tap Book at least three hours before start. Workers can apply or decline. |
| Booked | You confirmed Primaries and a hold for the estimate is on your card. | Workers prepare and tap En Route. You track progress. Standby may still be waiting as backup. |
| Clockin | The worker has clocked in (you may still need to confirm). | Work is starting. Remaining Standby backups are released when Primary clocks in. |
| Busy | Work is in progress. | The worker may Pause or Restart. You can add Extra Time and pay it. Use Chat anytime; use the Call button in the allowed window. |
| Clockout | The worker has finished and clocked out. | Pay any unpaid Extra Time first, then the final amount for booked hours worked. |
| Unpaid | Work is done and payment is still outstanding. | Pay now in the app. The worker waits for Paid. |
| Paid | The job charge succeeded. | Optional tip window (about three days). Both sides rate. Then Complete. |
| Complete | The job is finished and the tip window has closed. | History and invoice only. |
| Cancelled | Stopped because you cancelled, nobody applied, someone withdrew or backed out, or the job auto-cancelled. | The hold may be released. A late cancel may include a fee shown in the app before you confirm. |
Worker status on your job
Each person on the job has their own status, with the same colours and icons as in the app.

| Invited | You invited them; they have not applied yet. | They can Apply or Decline. |
| Applied | They want the job. | You can set them as Primary, or Standby if Primary slots are already full. |
| Primary | Your main worker for a slot. | After you tap Book, they do the job. They can Withdraw free until four hours before start, or Backout with a fee until one hour before. |
| Standby | Backup if a Primary drops out or misses En Route. | Activated about one hour before start if needed. Must En Route by fifteen minutes before. Released when Primary clocks in. |
| En Route | On the way to you. | Primary: from two hours to one hour before start. Activated Standby: until fifteen minutes before. |
| Clockin | On site and clocked in (from ten minutes before start). | You may confirm. Remaining Standby are released. |
| Busy | Working. | Use Chat anytime; use the Call button in the allowed window. You can add Extra Time if the shift needs longer. |
| Pause | On a break. | Pause time is not paid. |
| Clockout | They finished. | Pay any unpaid Extra Time first, then final job pay; then tip and rate. |
| Paid | You paid for their work. | Rate each other; tip if you want. |
| Rated / Complete | Ratings done; the job wraps up. | History only. |
| Declined / Excluded / Withdrawn / Backout / NoShow | No longer on the job (they said no, were released, left, or missed En Route or start). | They leave Chat. Standby may activate on a no-show or drop-out. |
