Run one booking here. Choose your main booked workers (Primary) from people who applied — optional backup (Standby) covers if someone misses saying they are on the way (En Route). Confirm the shift (Book) before the deadline for jobs still waiting (Pending), follow the day, add paid time past the booked end (Extra Time) if needed, then pay and rate.
Under the workers, the coloured prompt shows what to do next, how many slots are filled, and a countdown to the next deadline (book cut-off, En Route, start or end).
How it works
Fill every Primary slot first. When Primary is ready, tap Book. Add Standby only if you want a backup. Full steps: Before you book.
You can cancel at no fee until four hours before start. After that a fee may apply because workers are already preparing or travelling.
Primary taps En Route, clocks in, then clocks out. You pay, tip if you like, and rate. Walkthrough: On the day.
If the work runs past the booked end, add and pay Extra Time before final job pay.
What to do
-
Watch the coloured prompt
Under the workers, the coloured prompt shows the next action, slot counts, and a countdown to the next deadline. Status meanings: Job statuses.
-
Select Primary and Book
Fill Primary slots, optionally add Standby, and tap Book at least three hours before start. Details: Before you book.
-
Follow the day
Watch En Route, use Chat and Call, then pay after clock-out. Walkthrough: On the day.
-
Extra Time if needed
If the work is not finished by the booked end, add and pay Extra Time first, then settle final job pay and rate.
Missing the book cut-off auto-cancels a Pending job. Missing En Route can leave the shift empty unless Standby is ready. Use the chapters below for booking, the day, Extra Time and status meanings. Do not pay cash — register cards under Payment cards.
