JobBot is the same helper in the app header and when you type freely on WhatsApp (outside a booking form or job button). It adapts to whether you are signed in, which screen you are on, and whether you are hiring or looking for work. It guides with chips and deep links. It does not take card payment, show live wallet balances as the main answer, or replace job Chat with your worker.
In the app
Tap the jobbot icon (top left on help; same icon in the app). You get a greeting plus chips that match your screen.
Home, Jobs, Wallet, Ratings, Profile, Help - plus Browse workers / Book when you are hiring. Guests see Sign up and Log in.
Questions like “What is Private?”, “How do I withdraw?”, or “What’s next?” get a short answer and a link. Can’t help → offer Chat to a person.
JobBot opens Jobs or Wallet in the app rather than pasting balances or full job lists into the bubble.
On WhatsApp
When you are not mid-form, the quiet hub is Browse workers + Help. Help opens a short list: Chat to a person, Find work, More topics, Menu. Free text and FAQ-style questions go through JobBot first; booking phrases (for example “gardener today epping 4h”) continue into Browse workers.

Open JobBot where you are
In the app, tap the jobbot icon. On WhatsApp, message +27 66 045 4791 and use Help or type your question.

Choose Chat to a person when JobBot cannot finish the task. Speak to a person.
