Once the job is confirmed (Booked), the job screen is where you track when workers mark they are on their way (En Route), use Chat and Call, watch them start and end the shift in the app (clock in / clock out), add paid time past the booked end (Extra Time) if needed, then pay and rate.
How it works
Your main booked worker (Primary) uses En Route from two hours before start and must do so by one hour before, starts the shift in the app from ten minutes before, then ends it when finished.
If Primary misses the En Route window, optional backup (Standby) can step in until fifteen minutes before start so the shift is not empty.
Open Chat for gate codes, parking and small timing changes. The Call button is available about two hours before start and two hours after the job ends.
After the worker ends the shift, pay any unpaid Extra Time first, then settle final job pay, tip if you like, and rate.
What to do
-
Watch En Route
On the job screen, watch the status strip under each worker for En Route and start countdowns. Primary should mark En Route between two hours and one hour before start.
-
Use Standby if needed
If Primary misses that window, Standby can step up and should mark En Route by fifteen minutes before start. Remaining Standby are released when Primary clocks in.
-
Chat and Call
On the job screen, open Chat for gate codes, parking and small timing changes. Use the Call button in the allowed window.
-
Extra Time, then pay
If the work is not finished by the booked end, add Extra Time and pay that separate charge first. Then settle final job pay, tip if you want, and rate.
Primary should mark En Route between two hours and one hour before start. If they miss that window, Standby can step up and should mark En Route by fifteen minutes before start.
Clock-in opens ten minutes before start. The status strip under each worker follows the job and disappears when the job is cancelled or complete. Its countdown rounds up to half-hour steps (for example 0:30 hrs to En Route) and refreshes while you stay on the job.
