Money & payouts

How your Rands move from a finished job into your wallet and out to your bank.

Money

When the client pays after you clock out on the job screen, earnings and tips land in your wallet. Call-out on short jobs (under 6 hours) is paid with completed work. If the client paid Extra Time for a longer shift, that is a separate payment and also lands in your wallet.

On payout day we send completed wallet amounts to your South African bank. Weekly pays on Tuesdays; bi-monthly around the 15th; monthly on the last Tuesday.

How it works

Job paid

Client payment for booked hours (and any paid Extra Time) lands as earnings in the wallet.

Wallet

Open Your earnings in Money. Earnings wait here in Rands until payout day.

Payout day

We send completed amounts to your bank on your chosen schedule.

Bank

Money arrives in the account you saved. Check Your earnings if something looks wrong.

What to do

  1. Save correct bank details and pick a payout schedule that fits how you manage money through the month.

  2. After the client pays, check Your earnings for the job amount, Extra Time and any tip.

  3. On payout day, confirm the bank transfer landed in the account you saved.

Why it matters

Wrong bank details or an unpaid Extra Time charge leave money sitting in the wallet. Fix details before the next payout day so your Rands reach your account.
