Open a job here to say you want it (Apply) or turn it down (Decline), watch deadlines, and message or phone the client (Chat / Call). On the day you use this same screen to say you are on the way (En Route), start and end your time on site (clock in / clock out), and take a break (Pause / Restart).
How it works
On this job screen, tap Apply or Decline. Say yes only when you can do the skill, travel there and fit the timing.
Wait to be chosen as the main booked worker (Primary) or backup (Standby), then for the client to confirm the shift (Book).
As Primary you can leave the booking free of charge (Withdraw) on this job screen until four hours before start.
Tap En Route on this job screen when you head to the job, by one hour before if you are Primary.
What to do
-
Watch the coloured prompt under the status area. It shows the title, a short hint, and a countdown to the next deadline — such as the book cut-off, En Route, clock-in, job start or end. See Job statuses for what each label means.
-
Before applying, check skill, date, travel and mobile data. Full checklist: Before you apply.
-
If you are Primary, you can tap Withdraw for free until four hours before. Tap En Route from two hours before, and by one hour before.
-
On the day, clock in on site, use Pause and Restart for breaks, then clock out. Walkthrough: On the day.
Missing a deadline on this job screen can lose the shift or delay pay. Use the chapters below for apply checks, on-the-day actions and status meanings.
