Job statuses

A job start to finish

On the job screen, watch both the job as a whole and your own status. Colours and icons match the app so you know what to tap next.

Job status

The job as a whole moves through these stages from draft to complete. Colours and icons match the app.

Status	Means	What happens
Draft	The client started a job but has not posted it yet.	Client: finish and Post. Workers cannot see drafts.
Pending	Posted and invites sent. Waiting for applicants or booking.	Client: select and book by 3 hours before start. Worker: apply or decline.
Booked	The client paid a hold and confirmed Primary workers.	Worker: tap En Route and prepare. Client: track progress. Standby may still be waiting.
Clockin	A worker has clocked in (the client may still need to confirm).	Work is starting. Standby backups are released when Primary clocks in.
Busy	Work is in progress on site.	Worker may tap Pause or Restart. Client can use Chat or the Call button in the allowed window.
Clockout	The worker has finished and clocked out.	Client pays the final amount for hours worked.
Unpaid	Work is done, but payment is still outstanding.	Client: pay now. Worker: wait for Paid.
Paid	The job charge succeeded and earnings can move to wallets.	Tip window is about 3 days. Both sides rate. Then Complete.
Complete	The job is finished and the tip window has closed.	History and invoice only.
Cancelled	Stopped because of client cancel, no interest, withdraw, backout or auto-cancel.	Hold may be released. A late cancel may include a fee shown in the app.

Applied is not booked yet. You need Primary, then the client must Book. Icons match your job screen.

Status	Means	What you can do
Invited	A client invited you to a job.	Tap Apply or Decline. Check date, travel and mobile data before applying.
Applied	You applied and are waiting for the client to choose.	Not booked yet. Wait for Primary or Standby.
Primary	The client chose you as the main worker.	After Booked: tap En Route by 1 hour before, clock in from 10 minutes before, work, then clock out.
Standby	You are backup, activated if Primary misses En Route or drops out.	You cannot withdraw. If activated, tap En Route by 15 minutes before start.
En Route	You have left and are heading to the job.	Primary window: from 2 hours before. Activated Standby: until 15 minutes before.
Clockin / Busy / Pause	You are on site, working or on a break.	Pause is unpaid. Use Chat or the Call button in the allowed window.
Clockout	You finished the shift.	Wait for the client to pay.
Paid / Rated / Complete	The client paid, ratings happen, and the job wraps up.	Rate the client. Earnings go to your wallet for payout to your bank.
Declined / Withdrawn / Backout / NoShow / Excluded	You left the job path or were released.	Chat on the job screen closes. Missing En Route can become a No Show.
