JobZapp is free for workers. Job invites that fit your skills and area come to your phone for homes, offices and sites around Cape Town. When the skill, travel and timing fit, say you want the job (Apply), then wait until the client picks you as their main worker (Primary) or backup (Standby) and confirms the shift (Book).
On the day, as Primary, tell the client you are on your way (En Route), start your time on site (clock in), work, then end your time (clock out). When the client pays, earnings and tips land in your wallet and pay out to your South African bank on your schedule.
How it works

A job invite that fits your skills and area arrives on your phone by app and often WhatsApp.
On the job screen, send Apply only when you can do the skill, travel there and fit the timing.
The client confirms the shift with Book and picks you as Primary.
On the job screen, use En Route when you head there, then clock in, do the work, and clock out.
What to do

Get vetted
Finish your profile, then complete the checks in the app (Vetting Steps) until you are Vetted and can receive job invites that fit your skills and area.

Apply carefully
On the job screen, send Apply only when the skill, travel and timing fit your day, and you have mobile data to start and end your time on site.

Wait for Book
Asking for the job (Applied) is not a confirmed shift. Wait for Primary or Standby and for the client's Book.

Work and get paid
On the job screen, use En Route on time, clock in on site, work, clock out, then check your earnings after the client pays.
Sending Apply when you cannot travel or clock in leaves the client short and can mean a temporary pause on invites after a no-show (Yellow Card). Follow the stages so pay lands after real hours on site.
