A booking runs from your post through to pay and ratings. You set the job with Post a job, choose Primaries (and optional Standby if someone may miss En Route), then tap Book on the job screen at least three hours before start.
On the day, Primary workers tap En Route, clock in close to the start time, do the work and clock out. If work runs past the booked end, on the job screen add and pay Extra Time as a separate charge. You then pay, may tip for a few days, and you both leave ratings. Do not pay cash.
How it works
Use Post a job with enough lead time.
Choose Primaries and optional Standby from applicants.
Tap Book on the job screen to confirm the shift with a card hold.
Workers tap En Route, clock in, work, then clock out.
Pay for hours worked plus fees shown in the app.
What to do
-
Post the job
Use Post a job to pick the job type, place, time and how many people, and leave enough lead time.
-
Select and Book
Choose Primaries (and Standby if you want backup), then tap Book on the job screen before the pending deadline.
-
Follow the day
Watch En Route and clock-in. On the job screen, use Chat anytime; use the Call button in the allowed window.
-
Close out
After clock-out, pay any unpaid Extra Time first, then final pay, tip if you like, and leave ratings on the job or under Ratings.
Pending jobs auto-cancel 3 hours before start if still unbooked. Free cancel lasts until 4 hours before; closer than that a fee may apply and is shown before you confirm. The Booking rulebook lists every clock in one place.
